This policy explains the legal right of withdrawal for online consumer purchases and the additional commercial return period offered by Saneamientosamaya. Nothing in this policy limits the consumer's mandatory rights under Spanish or European Union law.

1. Legal right of withdrawal - 14 calendar days

If you are a consumer and make an online purchase at Saneamientosamaya, you usually have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period normally expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the withdrawal period expires. You can contact us by email at info@saneamientosamaya.com. You can use the withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.

3. Return of products after withdrawal of the right of withdrawal

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return or deliver the products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your decision.

Unless otherwise agreed by Saneamientosamaya, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products under the statutory right of withdrawal, except in case the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or where applicable law provides otherwise.

For large or bulky furniture, return costs may be higher than standard shipping. Please contact us before returning bulky items so that we can provide you with return instructions and, where appropriate, inform you of pick-up options.

4. Condition of the products by virtue of the statutory right of withdrawal

Customers may inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and performance.

The customer may be liable for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.

Please retain the original packaging whenever possible, especially for furniture and fragile items, as secure packaging helps prevent damage during return transport.

5. Refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, Saneamientosamaya will refund the payments received for the returned order, including the initial standard shipping cost paid on the purchase.

If you chose a shipping method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard shipping option, you will only be refunded the amount for the cheapest standard shipping option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Saneamientosamaya will make the refund without undue delay and within the legally established period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have dispatched them, whichever comes first.

6. Additional 30-day trade return policy

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, Saneamientosamaya offers a commercial return period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but within 30 days of delivery, the item must be:

unused;
in its original state;
complete, including accessories, parts, manuals and hardware;
returned in its original protective packaging or equivalent.

Saneamientosamaya does not charge replacement fees.

For commercial returns for reasons other than quality requested after the legal withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.

7. Non-returnable items

Products from the standard catalogue may be returned if the applicable return conditions are met.

If Saneamientosamaya offers products manufactured to customer specifications or clearly customized products, these may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by law. Such exclusion will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.

8. Quality problems, defects, damage, missing parts or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us at info@saneamientosamaya.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem.

For valid quality-related claims, Saneamientosamaya will provide the solution required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Where a return is required for a valid quality-related claim, Saneamientosamaya will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide appropriate return instructions.

9. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@saneamientosamaya.com with:

Your order number;
The item you wish to return;
The reason for the return;
Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or bulky.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, especially large furniture, as this may delay processing or increase return costs.

10. Refund processing time

After receiving the returned item and, if applicable, inspecting it, refunds approved for commercial returns are typically processed within 10 business days. It may take longer for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

For refunds for legal withdrawal, the legal refund period described above applies.
