Delivery area
Saneamientosamaya ships to addresses in Spain where delivery is available at the time of purchase.
If your address is outside the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, or if at the end of the purchase the availability of delivery for your address is not confirmed, please contact us before placing the order. Additional limitations, timeframes, costs or local requirements may apply depending on the destination.
Shipping costs
Orders of €120 or more: free standard shipping.
Orders under €120: A fixed charge of €15 applies for standard shipping.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts. Product prices include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed before confirming the order.
Preparation Time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability, payment verification, address verification, order volume, etc.
Estimated transit time
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is usually 3-7 working days for most valid delivery addresses in Spain. Large or bulky furniture may require additional coordination and take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, delivery address, product size, customer availability to arrange delivery, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed with the customer, delivery will be made within the legal timeframe set for online sales to consumers. If delivery cannot be completed within the applicable timeframe, we will contact the customer to provide them with the available options.
Large or bulky items
Some furniture may require an appointment for delivery. The carrier or courier service may contact the customer using the telephone number or email address provided when placing the order.
Unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page or at checkout, standard delivery does not include assembly, wall mounting, removal of old furniture, removal of packaging or special handling such as window lifting or transport through areas that are not safe and accessible.
Customers should check the dimensions of the product before ordering and ensure that the item can pass through doors, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other access points of the delivery address.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available for shipping, it will be emailed to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Steering accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, as well as a valid phone number and email. If an order cannot be delivered because the information provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipment or return costs, unless the problem was caused by Saneamientosamaya or the carrier.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct the shipping address. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been processed or delivered to the carrier.
Damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect item on delivery
Customers should inspect the order as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@saneamientosamaya.com with your order number and clear photos. Reporting visible delivery issues within 48 hours helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier.
The request for notification within 48 hours does not limit any legal rights that may apply to defective or non-conforming products.
Cancellation before shipment
The customer can request cancellation before the order has been shipped by contacting info@saneamientosamaya.com as soon as possible. Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed, as orders can be processed quickly.
If cancellation is possible, we will refund the payment using the original payment method whenever possible.
After Shipment
Once the order has been delivered to the carrier or courier, it may not be possible to cancel it. Customers may continue to use their statutory right of withdrawal or commercial returns policy where applicable, as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
