These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through and use of the Saneamientosamaya website.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through the Website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced therein.

The mandatory rights of the consumer under Spanish and European Union law are not limited by these Terms.

Products & Product Information

Saneamientosamaya strives to present descriptions, images, dimensions, prices and availability of products in a clear manner.

For furniture, there may be slight variations in color, texture, grain, finish, or dimensions due to materials, display configuration, manufacturing tolerances, or product features.

Such variations do not affect statutory rights when a product does not conform to the description or does not comply with the contract.

Pricing

Product prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Orders

After placing an order, the customer may receive an email confirmation.

Order processing is subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, address verification, fraud prevention controls, and delivery availability.

Saneamientosamaya may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, problems with payment, lack of stock availability, errors in price or product information, incorrect customer information, or inability to deliver.

If an order that is canceled or unfillable has already been charged, the amount paid for the canceled or unavailable item will be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping conditions, delivery zones, estimated delivery times, delivery limitations, and shipping costs are outlined in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Cancellations

Before shipment, customers can request cancellation by contacting Saneamientosamaya as soon as possible. Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed, as orders can be processed quickly.

After shipping, the order may not be able to be cancelled.

Customers can exercise their legal right of withdrawal or consult the commercial returns policy, where applicable.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, the statutory right of withdrawal and returns for quality reasons are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Legal Warranty and Non-Conforming Products

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods under current Spanish law.

The legal guarantee covers the lack of conformity under the conditions required by law.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly by the customer, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate ordering, payment, delivery, and contact information.

Customers should check the dimensions of the product and ensure that the item can be delivered through the available access points at the delivery address.

Use of the Website

Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saneamientosamaya is not liable for any indirect losses or consequences caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If the customer is a consumer, disputes may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of his domicile or to any other court authorized by the legislation in force on consumer protection.

Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The version applicable to an order is the one available at the time of ordering, unless otherwise required by a mandatory legal update.
